I’m Catherine Hannah Whitmore, Intimacy and Communication Coach, Sex Educator, Adult Relationship Workshop Director, and Legal Courtesan in Nevada. 

My journey in human intimacy started when I was trained as a midwife and doula, and continued through my education in human health and nursing.

Do you know why physical intimacy is so easy and attainable for some and so full of life-crushing challenges for others? I do. 

Lack of adult sex education and a new millennium full of distractions and instant gratification have damaged the basic listening and communication skills that not only allow relationships to thrive, but allow partners to express themselves behind closed doors.

As I spent more and more time educating others on intimacy, I realized just how taboo the topic of personal sexual expression can be, and how difficult it can be to talk to a doctor or therapist about physical and emotional challenges in the bedroom, especially when finding specialists on these kinds of topics can be rare or even impossible.

In my decade of experience, I have learned from other health care practitioners, literature, research, workshops, and public events that even being able to have a satisfying encounter with someone you love deeply can be a frustrating challenge.



Lack of public awareness about common physical problems that can prevent orgasm, working with couples who have never had the ability to open up to one another about what brings them pleasure, and seeing firsthand the damage that not understanding your own body can bring to your intimate relationships has shown me the real and present need there is for insight on these challenges and more.

I have committed myself to the purpose of improving the intimate relationships of others, and helping them benefit from my own journey of self-discovery.
